1969 Triumph Herald
This Triumph Herald has the fun factor written all over it, an everyday driver that is comfortable doing 70pmh and is a very solid car. This Herald has a tuned Triumph Spitfire 1300cc MK4 engine with big valve head twin 1 ½ SUs, as well as a tubular exhaust manifold with a 2-inch stainless steel exhaust system. In addition to this, overdrive has been fitted to a lightened gearbox. The car starts immediately and is ready to be driven away by the new owner. The body on the car is in very good condition and has a fibre glass front end, this too is in very good condition but there are some small cracks in the paintwork, however, the rest of the paint is all very good.
The interior is very tidy, all the seats, doors and headlining are in very good condition as is the wood dashboard. The car comes with 3-spoke steering wheel and digital speedometer that can be turned on at the flick of a switch.
This history file with this car is extensive, there are two full folders of MOT certificates, invoices etc. split out by year. The car also comes with a valuable number plate, SAX 720G.
Mileage is showing 6,149.
